Criteria for membership in Berkshire Weddings and Events:
- An active and updated website
- A social media presence with a minimum of 1 update a week – e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and blog postings.
- Your business must be fully insured per applicable industry guidelines
- You must be licensed if applicable to your profession
- All applicants must be sponsored by at least 2 existing members of the group

Every member of Berkshire Weddings and Events should be ethical in all aspects of their business dealings. This includes but is not limited to fair and transparent pricing, utilization of contracts, response to inquiries in a timely manner, and is in general good standing in the community.
No member of Berkshire Weddings and Events shall participate in slanderous or defamatory behavior towards another person or business or risk immediate removal from the group.
This group serves to advertise the Wedding and Event business in the Berkshire region. As such your social media and blog posts are greatly appreciated. We highly encourage all members to link to Berkshire Weddings and Events posts at least 4 times a year to help promote the group’s efforts.

Only In My Dreams Events also produces many events in the Berkshires including the Dance Party and Cabaret at the Colonial Theater each June and other exciting events at many local venues. Kat ( Katherine Lockridge ) has worked in the wedding and events industry for over 25 years. Before purchasing Classical Tents Kat worked as a Ranger in Yellowstone National Park.
During her time as a Co-Owner of Classical Tents she been a pivotal part of changing the wedding industry in Berkshire County. Not only have she and her team grown Classical Tents from a small Mom and Pop operation into stylish, service oriented party rental business, they have also gained tremendous knowledge and experience in the engineering of tents and flooring through their attendance at trade shows, and work they have done on larger projects throughout New England. The Berkshire Wedding Tour and the Berkshire Wedding Company are both efforts that have come from Kat’s dedication to marketing the Berkshires to clients in and beyond the region. Kat has a great love of nature and all the the Berkshires has to offer. On her off time you can find her hiking , kayaking, and attending theater, dance ,and musical events.

Jessy came to Event Coordination through an unorthodox route. She began her career in the history/development field but a life-long love of entertaining combined with a natural talent for organization made wedding/event planning an obvious choice. Since coming on to the scene in 2015, Jessy has coordinated 50 plus events including weddings, anniversary parties, galas and festivals. In 2016 the venue in her charge received a Boston Magazine “Best of Boston Weddings” designation. Jessy has spent the last five years cultivating relationships with the area’s best vendors. She prides herself in bringing the right people together. It is her goal to gather an all-star team for your special day. A mom of two, Jessy enjoys spending her downtime with her husband, son and daughter on their Farm in Richmond.

Rob Alberti is all of these and more. Rob had a passion for music and lighting all his life. Creating that custom music soundtrack to your wedding day or creating the “wow factor” custom lighting piece for your event is what drives him to work so hard for his clients.
We are a Luxury Wedding DJ and Custom Event Lighting company – no cheesy DJ antics here. I’ve been many things over the years – but DJ and Lighting have always been my passion. My stomping grounds are The Berkshires MA, Hudson Valley NY to Boston, Newport RI and Hartford to CT Shoreline.
